- Perform the reserving function for property & casualty business
- Become a subject matter expert in a segment or segments to serve as a resource for team members and business
- Work and interact with associates from Claims, Underwriting, Product Management, Accounting, IT and other areas
- Prepare appropriate SAP, GAAP, audit, and regulatory documents
- Perform ad hoc studies
- Communicate the results of reserve analyses and studies to internal and external customers
