* Multiple offices across Asia working as one regional unit.

* Leading Banking and PE law firm in London and New York. Creating the same in Asia.

* Hired laterally to expand globally and successfully achieve #1 standing in many financial centres.

Representing:

* They represent private equity firms mostly and major international banks.

* Represent them in; LBO's, Acquisitions, disposals etc.

* Examples: Warburg Pincus, CVC Capital Partners, Carlyle Asia, Kerogen Capital, MBK Partners OR Banks.

Required:

* 3-6 PQE;

* Open to candidates admitted in the following jurisdictions; UK/AUS/US/HK/SNG;

* Strong academics - leading universities with 2:1 or above;

* Top firm history - Magic Circle or other established firms with good training;

* Entrepreneurial lawyers are seen in a positive light, those who see commercial opportunities to generate revenue for the firm;

* Exposure to private M&A deals, or specifically within Private equity would be preferable;

* Open to international relocation for candidates based overseas;

* Hard working and ambitious lawyers, eager to support the continued development of the practice throughout Asia.
