I'm recruiting for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join a Global Insurance Company on a permanent basis. The role is based in their central London office/working from home.

The role -

Joining a vibrant team of four, this role will support both the finance and wider business functions with analytical and commercial input. Training will be provided for all of the below day-to-day tasks;

- Preparation of statutory, regulatory and financial accounts for the UK and Ireland branch

- Reconciliation and analysis of branch balance sheet ledgers during month end

- Production of monthly expense reports

- Supporting the cashier function for UK and Ireland, raising payments and bank receipts

The candidate -

- AAT Qualified

- Time spent within a similar role

- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance highly desirable

- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
