Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

Duration: 12+ months (high likelihood to extend or go permanent)

Rate/Salary: £200-250 per day inside IR35

Location: Edinburgh/home based (2 days in the office/3 days home working per week)

The Role:

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties - AP, AR, Credit Control (no chasing for funds).

- Data cleansing when using the new payment process and give process improvement advice.

- Making payments to third parties, will be reviewed, approved, and paid - quality insurance check required.

- Managing assets rented out properties - receiving data for 100k plus flats.

- Monthly reporting and processing high volume of invoices.

The Candidate:

- Must have experience working across accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.

- 4 to 5 years experience in a similar role ideal.

- Use of property system would be beneficial (ARIBA, MIRA, Oracle)

- Microsoft application knowledge needed - intermediate excel experience needed.
