MNC Banking client is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join their team.

Purpose of Role:

Our clients are introducing new Ways of Operating, adopting agile practices within teams, and setting up Value Streams & Sub-Value Streams to focus on customer and business outcomes. Business agility coaches will be at the center of designing and mobilizing Value Streams & Sub-Value Streams. Specifically:

Ensure the vision, outcomes & case for change are understood.

Understand current Agile maturity from leadership to delivery teams.

Build an agreed roadmap for the Design, Setup, and Mobilise phases.

Mobilize Insurance Sub-Value Streams

Coach leadership teams, internal Agile coaches

Knowledge:

Proven track record of Agile coaching in a large organization.

SAFe certified & proficient with Jira & Confluence.

Skills:

Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and an ability to build strong working relationships with C-suite / ExCo level.

A motivator, get people excited, energized, and communicate effectively.

A creative thinker who can resolve challenging problems and strives to improve things. Puts customers at the heart of all we do.
