I am currently recruiting for an Agile Coach to join one of Ireland's leading financial institutions on an initial 12-month contract. This role involves coaching project teams on their use of Jira to support and enhance their Agile deliveries with a strong emphasis on process improvement which feeds back to their 3-year transformation project to adopt a more collaborative approach to Agile working.

To be considered for this role the candidate must have:

> Prior Agile coaching experience.

> Experienced Jira user, JQL & Atlassian toolset knowledge.

> A process minded individual with excellent stakeholder management skills.

> You must be based in Ireland and hold a minimum Stamp 4/ EU Passport.
