My client, an established insurer based in Florida, are seeking a talented Reserving Actuary to join the team and lead their reserving process across the business.

This role will report into the Head of the Actuarial department, and offers an inclusive and collaborative working culture, where visibility to the senior staff happens daily.

The organisation is expanding into new markets, meaning this is a great time to get involved and play a key component in this exciting time in the business.

Candidates must have:

- reserving experience

- strong progress to the actuarial exams, ACAS or FCAS preferable

- willingness to be on-sight in Tampa HQ

- hold the right to work in the US
