My client is one of the world’s most regarded and highly ranked shipping law firms. Partners and Associates practicing with the firm have an excellent reputation and are able to boast notable client followings.
The Hong Kong office is in need of a first class lawyer with excellent academics, a commercial outlook, and drive and determination to succeed at the highest level. You will have at least 3 years post-qualification experience of charterparty and bills of lading disputes, as well as (preferably) trade litigation and arbitration, in an international firm or P&I Club. Your role will be principally dry shipping based, with exposure to international sale of goods and international arbitration.
Chinese language skills would be an advantage, although not essential.
