Unique opportunity has arisen within one of the leading professional service providers for a Senior Corporate lawyer to join a growing highly regarded team.
The corporate group is looking for a senior corporate lawyer (5yrs PQE + ideally) capable of working across all aspects of cross-border corporate work such as: -
• Acquisitions
• Leveraged buyouts
• Joint Ventures
• IPO’s and takeovers
• Corporate Restructurings and refinancing
• European Company Law
It is essential that applicants have relevant industry exposure and will ideally have experience of Private M&A work, technical company law, corporate structuring and due diligence.
This is an integral hire for the corporate department and is very much a business facing role where you will be managing projects for clients – both international and domestic.
