A unique opportunity has arisen for a SME Portfolio Development Underwriter to join a market leading Insurer. This is a business critical role that will support the UK Commercial business’s strategic objective in achieving profitable growth in the SME market. You will provide underwriting expertise to the development and ongoing management of the SME properties, packages and liability products. This vacancy entails a high level of market focus and competitor awareness together with a strong desire to challenge and find new ways of doing things using proven experience to show how things can be done differently. Having the ability to create ways of monitoring product performance so they can deliver the profitable growth in the business plan would be an advantage.
