A leading Life and Pensions provider are currently seeking a Proven Proposition Development Manager to join their highly respected Corporate Marketing Team. Key accountabilities will include Fulfilling the role of proposition owner (including leading development, ensuring delivery and approving strategy.) Delivering benchmarking of the proposition against competitors and recommending responses to market developments. Identifying and developing new business opportunities to create competitive advantage in the medium to long term (e.g. new products, new channels, new markets, new processes.) Seeking opportunities through Product Lifecycle Management to increase the value of existing business. Supporting sales initiatives by developing innovative and pragmatic proposition solutions to deliver key distribution deals and to maximise value. Developing a profile in the external market as a proposition expert through performing media activities and developing relationships with key media contacts Being accountable for the review of legislative and regulatory developments and the delivery of a programme of thought leadership to the external market in the regulatory and legislative space. Work as part of the Marketing Leadership team to ensure the delivery and execution of a compelling marketing strategy and its execution. With a thorough knowledge of the Corporate Pensions market and extensive experience in Financial services, you will have a track record of business wide programme delivery and the ability to maximise opportunities in a highly regulated environment. Your strong communication, influencing and negotiation skill will ensure you are able to lead large, diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships up to executive levels.
