Leading international UK legal practice seeks to expand their Banking & Finance team. Our client seeks lawyers with experience of acquisition finance, leveraged finance, property finance, telecoms finance or general banking. Our clients acquisition finance lawyers assist banks and other debt providers, as well as underlying corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors, in the structuring and documentation of leveraged buyouts, public-to-privates, bid financings, investment grade financings and other acquisition-related financing transactions. The majority of these deals are multi-jurisdictional. The real estate finance team is fully experienced in a broad range of financing techniques and structures. Our client continues to be at the forefront of creating vehicles for collective investment in real property, and have advised clients on authorised property unit trusts, offshore "Baker" unit trusts, limited partnerships, housing investment trusts and a number of other offshore vehicles. Each has different characteristics both in terms of structure and tax status. Their breadth of experience has enabled us to give full advice on both the advantages and disadvantages of each vehicle. Our client has also been involved in the growth of property securitisation as a funding technique. Their international securities specialists work in tandem with the real estate finance teams, combining these two areas of our expertise to give optimum results.Their telecommunications finance team has advised both lenders and borrowers on all areas of telecommunications financing, including leveraged financing, project financing, export credit financing, restructuring and international corporate rescue.
