We are working with a leading New York firm which has seen steady and consistent growth in recent years. This firm has become a significant competitor of Magic Circle practices in high end leveraged and acquisition finance work, whilst offering a broad-based finance in London including structured finance, restructuring, capital markets, and securitisation, as well as offering full service UK capability in corporate, real estate, tax and dispute resolution. Partners and associates work together on all transactions, and the partnership encourages an open door policy ensuring strong mentoring and consistent client development. Whilst there are a few US lawyers in the London office, the culture and client base are distinctly UK by nature. The firm is looking for an outstanding mid-level associate of approximately 4-6 years’ PQE who is willing to take the next step in terms of responsibility and career progression. Candidates must come from a Magic Circle or top UK/US firm in London and have a superb academic record. Basic salaries and bonuses are top of the market.
