Oliver James Associates are able research and provide advice on the most appropriate advertising media. We then book, write and design the advert in liaison with the client. Our consultants respond to all applications in a professional manner, conduct screening interviews and present a short-list of candidates to the client within an agreed. Where deemed necessary a full search process can be conducted in conjunction with the advertising campaign. This service is called advertised search and is quite simply the most powerful way to send your recruitment message to the market. Timing: Can vary depending on the life of the publication (weekly / monthly). The full campaign will usually take 4 to 8 weeks particularly if a search is run alongside. |
